AVP Operations - Shared Service Center

Job Description / Desired Profile:

  • Qualification: (BCOM/MCOM/MBA/CA)
  • Experience:
    • 14+ years of relevant work area experience
    • 8+ years of team handling experience
  • Location: Thane
  • Number of positions: 1
  • The candidate would be expected to carry out the following :
    • The person should have experience of handling P2P/O2C domain.
    • Handle daily production - Review the day to day delivery and quality per SLA
    • Escalation management and Trouble shooting
    • Oversee Transition for ongoing clients / projects
    • Successful completion of projects
    • Track and ensure completion of all required documentation
    • Review and submission of various MIS at the month end
    • New clients projection and planning- Team requirement, transition plan, team training
    • Active involvement in transition call - planning stage and onboarding stage
    • Closely monitor the process wise quality issues & take necessary action to improve & stabilize the process
    • Manage team, team attrition, appraisals and various other MIS related to team
    • Review of various reports for Team Performance and Analysis
    • Identify areas of development and plan Training of new resource, existing resource and cross training
    • Review of manpower utilization & ensure that Manpower is fully & effectively utilized on daily basis.
    • Encourage and support the team on implementing the improvement initiatives
    • Manage the request for requirement from IT/ Other support staff for improvements
  • Team Size: Capable of managing a team of 80-100 members
  • *Willing to work in US shifts.
