Employee Development @ Quatrro:

Quatrro talent development philosophy has three corner stones; the organization, the teams, & the individual (employees). The essence of Quatrro’s learning philosophy is to create “Learning that Creates Value”.

It all starts with a well-structured Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) Process. The key objective is to tie in business priorities and identify individual developmental needs. LNA is a 6 step process at Quatrro which starts with understanding of business perspectives & prioritization with business leaders. Based on the priorities, surveys are created & rolled out. Focus Group meetings get initiated. Post which, themes emerge which gets signed off by the Business Leader. Finally, solutioning is done & roadmaps & calendar for all levels are rolled out.

The entire process is enabled by our internal Learning Management System known as “Wizcafe”. Wizcafe helps in giving independence to the employees. The objective is to have them learning accessible at all times. Wizcafe has Instructor led Training (ILT) as well as ELearning programs.
