Solution Engineer Tier2 – Gurgaon

Job Description / Desired Profile:

  • Function: Operations
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Reporting to: AM / DM
  • Principal Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-user customer phone calls / Chat / E-mail/Remote
    • Demonstrate effective typing and verbal communication skills
    • Document case information
    • Utilize the Phone System
    • Demonstrate efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Demonstrate commitment to client/internal/customer satisfaction
    • Demonstrate basic technical knowledge
    • Sell the product plans of the organization
  • Critical Skills Required:
    • Basic knowledge of PCs and Internet
    • Basic knowledge of operating systems – DOS, Win 98, Me, XP, NT, 2000
    • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components – CPU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD, Modem
    • Basic technical troubleshooting skills/ability
    • Communication flow, sentence construction & correct grammar in written & Spoken English Communication, Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
    • Good listening and responding skills
  • Candidate Specification:
    • Bachelor’s degree from a three-year college or university (BA, B.COM, BSC etc.).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE /B.TECH).
    • A+ Certification, RHCE, MCST, CIW, CCNA,CCNP, ECNE & MCSE Professionals would be an added advantage
    • Must Have 1 + years of experience in International Voice based Technical Customer Helpdesk/Project
    • Any graduate/undergraduate with at least 1 year of troubleshooting experience in any International Voice based process (Tech/Semi-Tech Process)
